Starting out with the stripped down 'Magnum' a bass forward no looking back grinder that will put most sound systems through the paces. Aggrieved bass hooks full of limiter melting subs are lobbed at the ear reinforced with Marshall's depleted-uranium techno that is pimp-slapped with swingy house percussion...there is a dub sensibility mired in the bass-line with delayed stabs done in the vein of the Berlin Basic Channel camp. Marshall has made manifest a truly remarkable and essential 12" with nothing but pure mixing appeal."
