ESPEXTRA 001EP
|
"Kicking off our new series called Esperanza Extra, which will showcase our favourite picks for strictly dancefloor-oriented music, we have no more than Rills & Step. The Turin suspects who already collaborated with us with some great digital releases are making their vinyl debut showcasing 3 stunning floor killers. On the A side, we have 'Rodeo Drive,' a deep burner with some disco infused sounds all over the place, already tried and tested this track can make serious damage, now it's time for you to test it. On the B-Side, 'Sunset Boulevard' is a Chi-Disco hypnotic driving track which we can even call futuristic house music and closing the EP, 'Costa Verde' a super solid track in a similar vein of Rodeo Drive but still showing its own character."

ESPERANZA 014EP

"We welcome again one of the Esperanza's usual suspects, hailing from Rosario (Argentina) as we all know, Jorge has been developing his sound for quite some years already and now he comes up with this magic masterpiece of work. A1 'Basics' is the most straight-forward track on the record. Oldschool flavour with a great groove and an acid kind bassline hook that will blow every dancefloor from Melbourne to Berlin. In the inside cut 'Seuil' brings a deep tinged remix of that track, reminding us a little bit to some Perlon stuff but of course with his usual flavour, groovey and deep. 'Quartz' is the track that takes over the full side of this EP. Long and deep, this song is just perfect for the openings or to slow down on the peak hours of the set. Chords, percussion and its melancholic and summerish feeling makes it perfect for the start of the summer! Big with: Troy Pierce, Robert Dietz, Technasia, Alexkid, Chateau Flight, Dan Drastic, Nick Curly, Bearweasel, Alland Byallo, Slam, Federico Molinari, Raresh, Ahmet Sisman, Someone Else, Karotte, Sis, Dario Zenker, Martin Eyerer, Boris Werner, Mossa."

"For our 11th release, we have no other than Esperanza's own Jorge Savoretti. After making some collabs for the label, he's finally delivering his expected solo EP. For this one, he mixed a wide variety of soundscapes and influences with precise coherence, developing his trademark forward-thinking sound even further. There are lots of words used to describe tracks, but for this baby is really hard to find ones accurate enough, maybe some hints would be: futuristic, intricate, Martian, tribal. Once again, Jorge delivers the goodies!"

With JPLS remix. "We're very happy to welcome on this 6th release one of the hottest girls of the moment, Soz Adams. After winning the remix contest for Claude Von Stroke's worldwide hit 'Deepthroat' on Dirtybird Recordings. She has decided to release her debut EP with us here at Esperanza, showcasing her forward thinking, forever dark way of doing things. On A1 we have 'Eyes Forlon.' This track is characterized by an amazing groove that will leave you hypnotized from start to finish, thanks to its solid arrangement which makes for a dark and introspective track. Moving to A2, 'Eyes Forlon' has been remixed by M_nus' hottest property JPLS, who delivers an incredible remix, re-editing all the rhythmical parts while keeping all the sounds that characterized the original track. The 2nd remix on B1 comes from of Inxec from Contexterrior. He gives a funkier and more intense interpretation of the track, cooking up a real dancefloor bomb. Finally for the B2, we have 'Behind The Checkout.' A broody evil track, but at the same time groovy, a special crossover that will excite the weirder and more eclectic DJs around. An amazing debut for the stylish hottie Soz. With this record we are sure that she will capture the hearts of you all and cause serious damage on the dancefloor."

"We are happy to welcome on this 5th release one of the most important Argentinian producers, Franco Cinelli, well known for his recent album on Alphahouse, played by the most important minimal DJs around the the globe. He is finally back on the young Spanish label Esperanza with a couple of tracks, accompanied by a Mikael Stavostrand remix. On the a side we have a funky course track, 'Antenna,' characterized by his typical fat and vibrating bassline, thin and cleverly placed hi-hat patterns and unexpected bubbling delayed bleeps. On b side we have 'Antenna 2' which is remixed with knowledge by the Swedish artist Mikael Stravostrand, bringing it much percussive on start and effective in every kind dancefloor, all that enriched by an exceptional vocal performance by Big Bully that definitely make it a true bomb to detonate in the right moment of the night."
