Famous Enough, also known as Nadav Samuel is a duo of one. From the tough neighborhood of Habima, Tel Aviv, his first experience with chopsticks at the age of 6 made him fall in love with the drum section. Since then, he's been flirting with different instruments. Nadav doesn't play violin, but knows how to listen to one. In his debut album, Searching For A Limousine, a project that was created and produced in Berlin in 2019, Nadav tries to share some thoughts and colors from his life's journey.

Shen is a quartet from Tel Aviv, constantly switching between genres while searching for truth and patience in the process. After dealing with urban experiences on their first album back in 2018, Shen has matured and started to explore the power of nature and the dimension of time with their latest offering, recorded at Kibbutz HaOgen, which is located on a kibbutz near Kfar Yona, far from the big cities of Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.

Halav Av is a Tel Avivian super-group consisting of members of the Israeli alternative music scene. Alonzo and Amitkes of The Crotches, Niv of Red Axes, Yovav of Shame on Us, and Adiel of Hila Ruach & Future Shock. The band release their first album, and the first singles to meet the public's ears will be "To Live, Talk to Me" and "Mt. Beitar". These singles and the rest of the album were recorded by Uri Mixmonster of The Apples straight onto two-inch tape like the good ol' days. In addition to Mixmonster's recording expertise, the album features cello virtuoso Noa Ayali of The White Screen and keyboardist Shay Landa of The RPS Surfers. Wrapped up in a cover by the praised Israeli artist David Tartakover, the songs in this album are meant to be short and ticklish just like a father's bristles. Because Father's milk is the essence of male gentleness. It is romantic, optimistic, nostalgic, and naive. It's childhood. It's longing. It's longing for childhood. Father's milk is the feeling of fatherhood, even if without offspring. Father's milk is love, it's music, it's nourishing music.

"Any self-respecting scene cannot do without a muse, albeit a fragile one. Xen is a central figure in the new Tel Aviv scene, having fluttered from project to project (with Red Axes, with Yovav Arzi or the soon-to-come Levantines), being herself kind of everywhere she goes, fragile yet strong, as if she was gaining gravity from both the little black hole inside of her and from the Garzen galaxy. These four tracks written and produced with Dori Sadovnik from Red Axes may be the epitaph to Xen as romantic underachiever, her chrysalis." --Ivan Smagghe

One of the top drummers in the Israeli scene, Tel-Aviv based songwriter and producer BĘÃTFÓØT launches his solo project with the powerful new EP De Vibez, a fanciful gutter-glam cross between stoner-acid-pop and '90s-garage-punk. Side A contains some stunning originals alongside a surprising cover of a melancholic oldie by the legendary German singer Nico. Side B be the remixes: the first, a colorful club-driven remix by Garzen Records head honchos & electronic duo Red Axes, followed by a groovy down-tempo drone version by the mesmerizing Smagghe & Cross.

Death to Techno is a new, futuristic EP by The White Screen, creating a world of ruff beats, dark electronics, and analog effects. Dori Sadovnik, the sound genius from Red Axes, produced this EP at Garzen Studios. A mind and body bender between techno rhythms and broken rock n' roll tapes, these new recordings are asking big questions about past and future, vintage and electro, about the screen and about the white. "Death To Techno" is also remixed by Red Axes. The cover of the album was created by Oren Fisher.

LP version. Red Axes have come a long way since the 2014's Ballad Of The Ice (CLICHE 056CD/LP). Tel-Aviv, now a scene and sound that the duo were instrumental in putting on the map, has burst onto the world stage armed with limitless electronic bravado and the city's strong guitar music heritage. Now, the much loved duo return for their sophomore album on their own label, Garzen Records. Unique moments and significant experiences gleaned over the course of an exceptionally intense year left Dori Sadovnik and Niv Arzi with depths of inspiration for their new record. Throughout December 2016, the Axes worked in their Tel-Aviv studio, surrounded by their extended Garzen family; Abrão, Eylonzo Crotch, Gabriel Broid, Adi Bronicki, Thomass Jacksonn, and Iñigo Vontier are all featured, giving life to a new psychedelic cosmic adventure. The outcome: a 12 track album which invites listeners to The Beach Goths world. Red Axes snake their way through genres and periods, clearing an unorthodox highway through conventions, nodding to the past, eyes on the future. Live drums, jangling guitars, fuzzed-out synths, and an all pervasive psychedelia emerge as the backbone of The Beach Goths. Opener "Ride The Sus" leads in with a nonchalant blues indebted bluster; "Tarzan Blues" and "Relaxation (For Your Mind And Body)" call halftime with a bow down to Dead Kennedys and Cramps era proto-punk and rockabilly. While the Axes are quick to jam out exotic post-punk numbers, the land of The Beach Goths is a land of contrasts. The clubs are never far and the drum machines come out on prime time club ready chuggers "Piper Work", "Shir 1", and the album's first choice excerpt "Tantram Power". Dori and Niv's vocal chops feature heavily, standing out on the youthful, kaleidoscopic ballad "Loosen" and hippy trippy song "What Is In Your Head". Closing the album with a warm embrace, helped by Deaf Chonky's lead singer Adi Bronicki, on the psychedelic ballad "Into Your Arms". The land of The Beach Goths is a land of contrasts.

LP version. The Crotches. Who the hell are they? First of all The Crotches are brothers. Biological, Real Brothers, Brothers in arms. A - vocals and tambourine Amitkes - guitar, Shashe - drums. This is their second album, and the first one to be released on Garzen Records. The rock n' roll band that was almost splattered up by the missiles landing in Israel during the war in 2014, have not given up, and continued to write songs, and perform every rat hole in Israel. The band has a strong social and political message. The anti-government lyrics, and the breaking of taboos made the band one of the most intriguing bands in the Middle East. Many of the songs in the album came out of frustration of the situation in Israel.

Garzen Records present their fourth release, and their first full-length album, The White Screen's self-titled debut album. The White Screen, the kings of trash/glam/rock n' roll, are re-inventing sex and lust in music. The two cousins, Gabriel and Gilbert Broid, are known as extra wild performers, and their shows already have a cult status in Israel with a large following of youngsters coming to every show and dressing as weird and wild as the band - they look almost like a cult of white zombies. They self-produced their debut album with the help of local producers such as Red Axes, Ryskinder, and Ram Orion. Their lyrics are very political and criticize the whole system and leadership in Israel - very not political correct. If you like to get kicked in the stomach with music, take a listen to this album.

First solo EP for long time Red Axes collaborator Abrao. Brazilian born Abraham Levin, moved from Sao Paolo to Tel Aviv in the late '90s, after a wild career as leader of the '80s rock'n'roll band Kafka. He met Red Axes while they were still a punk band, and actually produced their first and last album. He also sang on some of Red Axes most well-known tracks such as: "Waiting For A Surprise" and "Camino de Dreyfus". Now, Red Axes produces this EP for him. It is time for the world to know the genius of Abrao.
